TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office has named nine individuals as suspects in a corruption case involving fictitious project financing at PT Telkom Indonesia during the 2016–2018 period. Spokesperson for the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, Syahron Hasibuan, said PT Telkom had entered into business procurement partnerships with nine company owners using funds from state-owned PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

As part of the procurement process, Telkom appointed four subsidiaries: PT Infomedia, PT Telkominfra, PT Pins, and PT Graha Sarana Duta, to carry out the projects. These subsidiaries, in turn, selected vendors affiliated with the nine companies that had partnered with Telkom.

"In reality, none of the procurements were carried out. They were entirely fictitious," Syahron said on Wednesday, May 7.

The total value of the fraudulent cooperation between the nine companies and Telkom's four subsidiaries amounted to Rp431 billion. The case is being pursued under investigation warrant number PRINT-10/M.1/Fd.1/04/2025, dated April 21, 2025.

The nine suspects are:

  1. AHMP, General Manager of Enterprise Segment Financial Management Service at PT Telkom (2017–2020)
  2. HM, Account Manager for Tourism and Hospitality Service at PT Telkom (2015–2017)
  3. AH, Executive Account Manager at PT Infomedia Nusantara (2016–2018)
  4. NH, President Director of PT Ata Energi
  5. DT, President Director of PT International Vista Quanta
  6. KMR, Controller of PT Fortuna Aneka Sarana and PT Bika Pratama Adisentosa
  7. AIM, President Director of PT Forthen Catar Nusantara
  8. DP, Finance and Administration Director at PT Cantya Anzhana Mandiri
  9. RI, President Director of PT Batavia Prima Jaya

The suspects are charged under Article 2 paragraph (1), Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1) of Law No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Corruption, and Article 55 paragraph (1) item 1 of the Indonesian Criminal Code.
