TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Ancol Dreamland Park recorded 51,500 visitors as of 7:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) on the second day of Eid al-Fitr 2026, Sunday, March 22, 2026. Ancol Corporate Communications Manager Daniel Windroatmoko stated that the number of visitors during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period, from March 19 to April 5, 2026, is estimated to reach 580,000 people. "It is estimated that the figure will reach 580,000 people," Daniel said when contacted on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
He stated that this year's visitation trend is relatively stable compared to 2025. He noted a slight increase in visitor numbers, although he did not provide specific figures.
To welcome Eid visitors, Daniel explained that Ancol has prepared various activities at several recreation areas as an additional attraction for the public. Ancol Dreamland Park management has also prepared parking for 10,000 cars and 13,100 motorcycles, and provided internal transportation to facilitate visitor mobility. In addition, 25 Wara Wiri buses operate free of charge daily, and 20 Transcare vehicles are available specifically for the elderly, pregnant women, and visitors with special needs.
Ancol has also extended gate operating hours. The West Main Gate (PGU) is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time) from March 21 to April 5, 2026. The East Main Gate (PGU) operates from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM WIB, the Marina Main Gate from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM WIB, and the Carnaval Main Gate from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB.
For recreation areas, Dunia Fantasi serves visitors from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM WIB, while SeaWorld Ancol operates from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM WIB from March 21 to April 5, 2026. Samudra Ancol, Atlantis Water Adventures, and Jakarta Bird Land are each open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM WIB. With these various preparations, Ancol hopes visitors can enjoy a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable Eid holiday.
